This User Agreement (“Terms”) is a contract between you and OC Digital Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as OnlyCouples AI (“we,” “us,” “our”), governing your use of our website, community, shop, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential and your account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

When you participate in the community, you agree to follow our Community Rules. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others, or post hateful or discriminatory content.
• Post illegal content, or anything that sexualizes minors (strictly prohibited and reported).
• Share others’ private information or impersonate anyone.
• Spam, scam, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others.

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for your content, and we may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

OnlyCouples AI provides information, community, and products related to AI companionship. AI companions are software — they are not real people and are not licensed professionals. The Service is provided for companionship, entertainment, and informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis or experiencing an emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.

• Paid plans (such as Core and All-Access) are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods.
• Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable.

For products purchased from our shop, you agree to provide accurate order and payment information. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping times, availability, returns, and refunds are handled according to the information provided at checkout and our applicable policies.

The Service, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

The Service relies on third parties such as Stripe (payments) and Supabase (hosting). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party products or content.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OC Digital Holdings LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OC Digital Holdings LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
